75% recylcled post consumer scrap

We are all aware of climate change and the environmental problems that we all need to work together to solve. Thats why we fabricate products made with a minimum of 75% recycled, post-consumer scrap aluminium.

We use prime-quality aluminium that is obtained by dismantling old windows, doors and façades that have reached the end of their lifecyle by remelting them for reuse. This process makes it possible to reduce the removal of minerals from the earth, avoids the emissions of waste into the natural environment, reduces the energy consumption of the production process and limits the amount of CO2 emissions released into the atmosphere.

Aluminium as a material

Aluminium's properties of flexibility, lightness and strength make it the ideal material for almost any design challenge. It also possesses other highly sought-after qualities such as being easy to maintain and non-combustible.

Aluminium has characteristics that make it an environmentally friendly metal: abundant, indefinitely recyclable and therefore sustainable. Its quality and material properties are never lost during the recycling process. In addition, aluminum remelting uses only 5% of the energy required to produce primary aluminium.

How is aluminium recycled?Unlike other materials, aluminium can be fully recycled without losing its physical properties or degrading in quality. It's estimated that there are 200,000,000 tons of aluminium used in products globally that can be 100% recyclable at the end of their lifecycle.

How are the materials you use certified?TECHNAL profiles are extruded using low CO2 footprint aluminium. This is achieved by using renewable energy and by recycling aluminium from post-consumer scrap metal. This entire recycling process is certified by DNV-GL, Det Norske Veritas, an independent certification company.
